Senator KOVACIC: At the request of Senator Henderson, I move the motion as amended: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 7 September 2026, all email correspondence between the Clean Energy Regulator and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, between 1 July 2025 to 30 December 2025, which concerns fires from installed batteries under the Cheaper Home Batteries Program.
