Senator McALLISTER (New South Wales—Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme) (19:35): The advice that I have is that, if an employee of the NDIA or of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission does something wrong, they are accountable in all of the ordinary ways, including, of course, to the National Anti-Corruption Commission. These protections apply only to the disclosure of personal information about participants.
