Senator STEELE-JOHN (Western Australia) (19:37): Minister, on permanence within the bill and on the question of all appropriate treatments, which we covered a little bit earlier, it's correct, isn't it, that whether or not a treatment which the government has defined as appropriate is actually available within the state that a participant may live in is not to be considered by the minister when determining whether or not the treatment is appropriate?
