We are being told to ram through this place tonight what is being held up by your government as a new register under ACMA—a new role for the regulator. You don't know how much it's going to cost.

You don't know how many people are going to be required to do the job. You don't even know how far the work is going to be stretched. How on earth can we be expected to vote on this tonight when you can't even tell us how much the job costs?
