Senator CHISHOLM (Queensland—Assistant Minister for Regional Development, Assistant Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Assistant Minister for Resources and Deputy Manager of Government Business in the Senate) (19:06): I mentioned that I talked through what was in the bill and that the minister, by legislative instrument, may determine indicators for other purposes and that there would be ongoing consultation with that.

I would expect that the gambling companies would be part of that consultation. We make no apologies for wanting to be tough on them and ensure that they're being held to account as part of this legislative reform.
