Mr FARLEY (Farrer) (14:20): My question is to the Treasurer. Treasurer, the assumptions in your May budget proved wildly, wildly wrong—wrong on rents, wrong on house prices and wrong about startups. Was it your intention to crash house prices, drive rents higher and defer investment, or did you simply fail to understand what your own budget policies would do?
