Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (11:45): At the request of Senator Henderson, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than Friday, 28 August 2026: (a) all correspondence issued by the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to heads of government and heads of state respectively concerning attendance and participation at pre-COP in Tuvalu; (b) all correspondence returned by those to whom correspondence was sent; and (c) a list of all civil society/non-government organisations who have been invited by the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to attend pre-COP in Fiji.

The PRESIDENT: The question is that general business No. 635, standing in the name of Senator Henderson, be agreed to.
