Government' s circulated amendments— (1) Schedule 1, item 1, page 3 (lines 4 and 5), omit the item, substitute: 1 Section 34JF Omit "7 March 2027", substitute "the third anniversary of the commencement of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2026". (2) Schedule 1, item 2, page 3 (line 8), omit "third", substitute "second". (3) Schedule 1, item 2, page 3 (line 10), omit "2025", substitute "2026".
