Ms WATSON-BROWN (Ryan) (14:59): To the Prime Minister: last week, while you met Pacific leaders, your Minister for Resources and the NT Chief Minister turned on fracked gas from the Beetaloo. Experts at Climate Integrity say the 430 trillion cubic feet of Beetaloo gas will mean 23 billion tonnes of carbon pollution—more than 50 years of Australia's total annual emissions.
Prime Minister, do you support your minister backing the Northern Territory government and its plan to ignite this giant climate bomb?
