MATTERS OF PUBLIC IMPORTANCE

The SPEAKER (15:12): I have received a letter from the honourable the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely: Australia's tobacco wars becoming a national organised crime crisis.
