The SPEAKER (14:17): Before I call the member for Kooyong, I'll do some acknowledgements and welcomes to parliament. Today we are joined by His Excellency Ambassador Bankole Adeoye, the African Union Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security. I'd also like to welcome a parliamentary delegation from the parliament of Uganda, led by the Hon.

Ofwono Opondo; Mr Allan Pidgeon AM, Chair of the National Flag Association of Australia, who joined with members last week as we unveiled the 125th anniversary of the flag; and Ms Narelle Zanker from Mannum in the electorate of Barker, who was last night named the 2026 AgriFutures Rural Women's Award national winner. A former teacher turned dairy farmer, Narelle co-founded Dairy Adventures, connecting Australians with farming and food production through hands-on educational experiences, with plans to extend the initiative to classrooms nationwide.
