Senator DEAN SMITH (Western Australia) (15:33): I move: That the following matter be referred to the Community Affairs References Committee for inquiry and report by 30 October 2026: The effectiveness of the 2025 National Health Reform Agreement with Western Australia in the provision of public hospital services in Perth's northern suburbs, with particular reference to: (a) strong population growth in the area; (b) increasing emergency department attendances; (c) ageing-related demand; and (d) any other related matters.
