Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (15:42): At the request of Senator McKenzie, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories, by no later than midday on 16 September 2026, any correspondence, emails, instant/electronic messages, agendas, itineraries, meeting notes and minutes, file notes and records of conversation between the Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories or the minister's office and the proponents of the following projects: (a) the Bega War Memorial swimming pool retreat; (b) the Cooma pump track and mountain bike trails; (c) the Merimbula Ford Park pavilion renewal and upgrade; (d) the Jerrabomberra community infrastructure upgrades; (e) the Queanbeyan Bowls Club upgrades; (f) the Pambula playspaces revitalisation; (g) PCYC Goulburn upgrades; and (h) David Campese Oval—netting and fencing infrastructure upgrade; regarding grant funding to upgrade facilities including grants under the Major and Local Community Infrastructure Program, between 4 May 2025 and 12 May 2026.
