Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (15:43): At the request of Senator Bragg, I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that: (i) on 19 August 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 618, relating to the 5% Deposit Scheme, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply by midday on Friday, 21 August 2026, and (ii) the order has not been complied with; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply with the order by midday on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.
