Senator BLYTH (South Australia) (14:36): Under the Prime Minister's toxic taxes, adding a newborn family member to a family trust—I repeat: a family trust—will revoke the exemption and see that trust's entire income taxed at 47 per cent for that year. Minister, did the Prime Minister intend on taxing families for simply having children, or is this the Prime Minister's incompetence once again on full display?
