The first is that these were election commitments transparently, openly publicised, including the fact that they would be delivered in accordance with the Commonwealth Grants Rules and Principles. I would remind the senator that this program is within Minister King's portfolio, where she is administering both this and some of the other infrastructure programs that I have referenced.
