Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (11:29): by leave—I move general business notices of motion Nos 684, 685, 686 and 687 together: GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 684 That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Industry and Innovation, by no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, copies of all ministerial submissions, letters, briefing notes, meeting notes, meeting minutes, emails and instant/electronic messages between the Minister for Industry and Innovation and/or his office, the Department of Industry, Science and Resources and the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation in relation to reports that Harrison.ai, an artificial intelligence health startup which received $32 million from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation to, among other things, continue to base its operations in Australia, is reducing the size of its Australian operation while establishing a new venture based in the United States of America.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 685 That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 5 November 2026, copies of all ministerial submissions, briefing notes, emails, meeting notes and electronic or instant messages created between 4 May 2025 and 31 May 2026 relating to grant funding under the Major and Local Community Infrastructure Program and exchanged between: (a) the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government or the minister's office, or both; and (b) the proponents of the following projects: (i) Canning Vale Sports Complex, (ii) Girrawheen Hub, (iii) Heathridge Park Master Plan, (iv) Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre, (v) Stage 2B of the Hartfield Park redevelopment, (vi) Jubilee Reserve Development, (vii) Ellenbrook Open Space North, (viii) Kwinana Loop Trail, (ix) South Beach Dog Beach, and (x) MacNaughton Park clubrooms upgrade.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 686 That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Prime Minister, by no later than 5 pm on Monday, 21 September 2026, copies of all emails, electronic/instant messages and other correspondence between the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the department) and the Prime Minister and/or his office in relation to the department's answers to questions on notice nos 804 to 808 from the Finance and Public Administration Legislation Committee's examination of the 2026-27 Budget estimates, including any draft answers to these questions.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 687 That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Science, by no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, 6 October 2026: (a) copies of all ministerial submissions, letters, briefing notes, meeting notes, meeting minutes, emails and instant/electronic messages between the Minister for Science and/or his office and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources relating to the decision to not pursue full membership of the European Organisation for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere; and (b) copies of all documents held by the Minister for Science and/or his office and the Department of Industry, Science and Resources that relate to stakeholder consultation on the decision not to pursue full membership of the European Organisation for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere.
