I think we went through this at estimates. I didn't bring the productivity papers around the entire package of reform, but when officials gave evidence at estimates the evidence that was provided was that the combination of all the measures that were outlined in the productivity package, of which this is one, gave them confidence about the figure that had been outlined in the budget.

So it is a component. I don't have a dollar figure on it, in terms of the work Treasury did to reach that overarching number. I don't believe that we have provided individual items against that.

But the advice from Treasury was that they had confidence in the package as it relates to the forecasts and numbers in the budget, and this is a component of that.
