Senator HUME (Victoria—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (12:51): I want to ask some questions about the Human Rights Commission measure, specifically around procedural fairness and the implications for procedural fairness that that measure contains. Can I ask first about what consideration the government gave to the procedural-fairness implications of removing schedule 2, part 4, relating to the Human Rights Commission's obligations.
