This is around ensuring that, in the event that you say you have something tabled in the second last sitting week before a break, we are able to make sure that that instrument is effective when the parliament is not sitting.

That's what this amendment is about. I think that questions about setting the levy and when the levy is going to be set are not matters that I am able to answer standing here right now. I can answer to the amendments we're seeking to move.
