When this funding allocation for the Marrickville golf course came into either meeting for sign-off, did the Prime Minister declare he was, in the words of the local mayor, the golf club's most famous patron and neighbour?

Did the Prime Minister declare a conflict of interest and recuse himself from the funding decision?
