Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (16:17): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Prime Minister, by no later than 5 pm on Friday, 16 October 2026, copies of all emails and instant or other electronic messages created after 4 July 2024 and held by the Prime Minister or his office which relate to any decisions of the Prime Minister to use or not use his powers under sections 4 and 12 of the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984, but not any documents which constitute direct private correspondence between the Prime Minister or his office and members of Parliament.
