Senator SHOEBRIDGE (New South Wales) (16:27): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Home Affairs, by no later than 28 September 2026, the memorandum of understanding between Australia and Nauru on which the Intergenerational Trust Fund No. 2 for the People of the Republic of Nauru was established, and all other documents relevant to the trust's establishment.
