QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Prime Minister) (14:57): When they became public debate today. I wasn't aware of those comments until they were raised in the media, and neither was Senator Dowling. The comments are completely unacceptable.

Senator Dowling has taken immediate action, and that's appropriate. The SPEAKER: The member for Casey will not use—I can see he's got a photo. I'm just going ask him to fold that photograph up.

The member is seeking to table a document? Mr Violi: I seek leave to table the following documents: the Prime Minister on election night with his close personal friend Rhys Muldoon; the Prime Minister being kissed on the cheek by his close political ally Rhys Muldoon; and disgraced Labor adviser Rhys Muldoon with the Prime Minister. Leave not granted.

The SPEAKER: I've asked the member not to do that. Resume your seat. People are entitled to state what the document is, which I allow, but they're not going to take advantage of my goodwill or the House's goodwill by using props when trying to table things.

I think everyone now knows that that is a boundary I do not want crossed.
