Mr TIM WILSON (Goldstein) (14:26): My question is to the Treasurer. There are media reports this morning of Labor backbenchers mocking the Treasurer's inflation excuses. One MP is reported as confessing 'a lot of what we have done is throw cost-of-living relief at voters, which has an inflationary impact'.

Another is reported to have expressed doubts that the cabinet appreciated how markets functioned. Another reportedly said: People are getting quite worried. Treasurer, what do you have to say to the member for Parramatta now?
