Parliamentary Budget Office analysis which I've commissioned shows that half of the savings from your private health insurance rebate cut to over-65s will come from age pensioners, so 1.5 million pensioners will lose $1.5 billion in support over the next three years. Minister, was cutting healthcare supports to pensioners really the only place that you could find budget savings?
