Senator BARBARA POCOCK (South Australia) (15:57): I move: That the Senate— (a) notes that: (i) on 2 July 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 553, relating to the Homes for Australia plan, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply by no later than midday on Friday, 31 July 2026, and (ii) the order has not been complied with; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply with the order by 10 am on Wednesday, 23 September 2026.
