Senator BARBARA POCOCK (South Australia) (15:58): I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Home Affairs, by no later than 5 pm on 9 October 2026, for contract notice CN4254651: (a) copies of all ministerial submissions, records of conversation, letters, briefing notes, meeting agendas, file notes, meeting invitations, meeting notes, meeting minutes, emails and instant or other electronic messages, calculations and modelling; and (b) documentation regarding the contract's work description, a list of tasks given, any management of actual and perceived conflicts of interest, an index of all work products produced, the application of Article 5.3 of the World Health Organisation's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control to the Australian Public Service and the details of any meetings or correspondence between Deloitte and the Illicit Tobacco and E-cigarette Commissioner prior to the contract.
