Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (16:09): At the request of Senator Cadell, I move: That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than midday on Monday, 12 October 2026, copies of any documents created between 1 July 2026 and the date of this order held by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water or the minister or the minister's office, being: (a) each final ministerial brief submitted by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy concerning the improved native forest management in multiple-use public native forests method (the INFM method); and (b) each final question time brief submitted by the department to the minister or the minister's office concerning the INFM method.
