Senator WONG (South Australia—Minister for Foreign Affairs and Leader of the Government in the Senate) (14:02): My advice is that in fact Mr Muldoon was an Australia Day Ambassador since 2014, when obviously you were in government. It is clearly not appropriate for him to be an ambassador. He was not an ambassador this year, and I understand that the assistant minister has taken action today, so he will not be again.
