What I was saying is that the amendment on sheet 4107, which I was alluding to, preserves some of the flexibility by ensuring that needs based funding is available for postgraduate courses as much as it is for undergraduate courses, and so it levels the playing field and removes the disincentive that would otherwise apply for higher level degrees, ultimately for the benefit of students.
