QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Mr TAYLOR (Hume—Leader of the Opposition) (14:10): My question is to the Minister for Small Business. Labor is waging war on small and family businesses. According to reports, Labor's new trusts tax on small and family businesses will cost them $13.3 billion in compliance, on top of Labor's $4.5 billion tax grab.

When will this minister start listening to Australians who have a go and stop waging war on small business?
