I have a point of order. That's a clear reflection on Senator Farrell, who was, it would appear, given no notice whatsoever of Senator Payman's intention to ask about this. To then criticise him for not being here to respond to something that he had no knowledge of is a clear reflection on Senator Farrell.

I'd strongly suggest that Senator Payman withdraw that. Perhaps she could consider whether it's better to ask this tomorrow when Senator Farrell can actually be advised that this is going to come up and come with an answer.
