Can you confirm that sections 205H and 205J of the draft digital duty of care bill provide an absolute exemption from all laws and civil proceedings, including the Privacy Act, for the government to use false and fictitious AI powered sock puppet accounts to post information and engage with and surveil conversations with Australians online?
