Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Prime Minister) (14:49): I thank the member for his question. I am aware that the Federal Court has handed down its judgement for this matter. I understand the court found the declaration was not validly made. This is a complex legal case. As it's a legal matter, we will work through the judgement together with the Attorney-General and we'll consider the findings very carefully indeed.
