Senator PAYMAN (Western Australia—Australia's Voice Whip) (15:36): I move general business notices of motion Nos 782 and 783 together: GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 782 That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Government Services, by no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 12 November 2026, copies of all ministerial submissions, meeting notes, meeting minutes, emails and electronic or other instant messages between the minister or her office and Services Australia, created before 24 September 2026, that relate to the June 2026 incident in which an artificial intelligence agent developed by OpenAI gained unauthorised access to the Medicare statistics reporting service portal.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO.783 That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Prime Minister, by no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 12 November 2026, copies of all documents created before 24 September 2026 and held by the Prime Minister or his office that relate to the June 2026 incident in which an artificial intelligence agent developed by OpenAI gained unauthorised access to the Medicare statistics reporting service portal.
