Senator KOVACIC (New South Wales) (15:46): At the request of Senator Henderson, I move general business notices of motion Nos 801, 802 and 803 together: GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 801 That the Senate— (a) notes that order for the production of documents no. 734, agreed to by the Senate on 16 September 2026, concerning the Driving the Nation program has not been complied with; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to comply with the order by no later than midday on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 802 That the Senate— (a) notes that order for the production of documents no. 659, agreed to by the Senate on 8 September 2026, concerning Safeguard Mechanism modelling, has not been complied with; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to comply with the order by no later than midday on Thursday, 15 October 2026.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 803 That the Senate— (a) notes that order for the production of documents no. 658, agreed to by the Senate on 8 September 2026, concerning contractor work, has not been complied with; and (b) requires the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy to comply with the order by no later than midday on Thursday, 15 October 2026.
