Aged Care Legislation Amendment (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Aged Care Commissioner and Other Measures) Bill 2026

I will now deal with the amendments circulated by the opposition. The question is that amendments on sheet 4179 be agreed to. (1) Schedule 4, item 2, page 61 (line 13), after "category", insert ", if made on or before 31 December 2027,".

(2) Schedule 4, item 8, page 62 (after line 16), after subsection 90A(1), insert: (1A) However, despite subsection (1), a decision made by the System Governor after 31 December 2027 is not a prescribed entry decision. Question agreed to.
