Jamie Chaffey (National Party, Parkes) used a parliamentary statement to profile the volunteer and community health organisations serving his electorate of more than 216,000 people across regional New South Wales [TA-260528-house-f5e69c44cc32:s095]. The centrepiece was the 90th anniversary ceremony of the Royal Flying Doctor Service South-Eastern Division in Broken Hill, which Chaffey described as a nine-decade lifeline delivering health care to the region and its surrounds.

Beyond the RFDS, Chaffey acknowledged the Country Women's Association branches in Condobolin and Dubbo approaching their centenary years, and attended the launch of Little Wings' monthly paediatric clinic in Nyngan — an organisation providing transport for seriously ill children in rural areas [TA-260528-house-f5e69c44cc32:s095]. He also commended the Pink Angels for supporting breast-cancer patients across Dubbo, Cobar and Lightning Ridge.

The statement had no policy attack dimension; it was a community-recognition contribution with no opposition positioning or government critique.
