Scope, depth, and the credit meter

Every prompt reads records. Scope sets how many it reads per turn — Standard 20, Broad 40, or Broad+ 60. Depth sets how hard the engine works on what it read — Standard, Deeper, or Full working. Subscribers run the standard open-weight lanes off their daily allowance, no tokens counted; the heaviest depth and any frontier run meter on tokens instead, with the estimate shown before anything runs.
